Plans and Billing
What each plan includes, how upgrades are prorated, and how invoices and refunds work.
Plans differ along four axes: how many indicators and alerts you can have active at once, how many charts fit in a layout, how deep your intraday history goes, and what your API and export allowances are. The free tier is a real tier rather than a trial — it keeps a working chart, a watchlist and a handful of alerts indefinitely, and it does not expire.
Billing is monthly or annual, with annual charged once and discounted against twelve months. Upgrading takes effect immediately and is prorated for the remainder of the current period. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the period so you keep what you paid for, and anything above the lower plan limits is disabled rather than deleted, so it comes straight back if you upgrade again.
Invoices are generated for every charge and available in billing settings as PDF, with VAT or sales tax applied by billing address and a field for a company tax identifier. Payment methods can be changed at any time; a failed charge is retried a few times over several days with an email at each attempt before the account drops to the free tier.
Cancellation is self-service and takes effect at the end of the current period, with no cancellation fee and no phone call. A first paid period can be refunded in full within fourteen days if the platform is not what you needed. Your scripts, watchlists and chart layouts remain on the account after a downgrade — nothing you wrote is deleted because you stopped paying.
