Terms of Service
The agreement between you and MAZURAPPLIANCES LTD: what you can build with the platform, how subscriptions work, and what happens when either side wants to stop.
Written in plain English on purpose. If a clause here reads as though it is hiding something, tell us at [email protected] and we will rewrite it.
01Acceptance and eligibility
These terms cover your use of AlgoBeam — the website at algobeam.com, the web and mobile applications, the APIs, and the documentation and community surfaces that sit alongside them. We refer to all of that as the Service. By creating an account, opening a chart, or running a backtest you agree to what is written here.
If you do not agree with a clause, the right move is to stop using the Service and write to us — not to keep using it and hope the clause does not apply. We would rather hear the objection.
You may use the Service if:
- you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live;
- you can form a binding contract, either for yourself or on behalf of the organisation you name on the account;
- you are not barred from using the Service under the laws that apply to you, and you are not on a sanctions list that would make it unlawful for us to serve you.
If you accept these terms for a company, fund or desk, you are confirming you have the authority to do so, and “you” means that organisation.
02Your account
One person, one account. Keep your credentials to yourself, turn on two-factor authentication, and tell us quickly if you think someone else has got in. Activity that happens under your login is treated as yours until you tell us otherwise.
Team plans include a fixed number of seats. A seat belongs to a named person; it is not a shared login to be passed around a trading room. If your team grows, add seats rather than sharing one.
The details you give us should be accurate and current — particularly the email address, because that is where alerts, receipts and security notices go. We occasionally need to email you about the Service itself; those messages are part of having an account. Marketing email is separate and you can switch it off at any time without losing anything.
03Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
The free plan stays free and does not ask for a card. Paid plans — Premium, Ultimate and Enterprise — are subscriptions billed in advance, either monthly or annually, at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term until you cancel. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then.
- Trials. Where a trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel first. We tell you before that happens.
- Gifts. A gifted plan is a single up-front payment for a fixed term. It does not renew, and no card is stored against the recipient.
- Refunds. Cancel a new paid subscription within 14 days of the first charge and we refund it on request. Beyond that window we generally do not refund partial periods, but talk to us — a plan that clearly went unused is usually worth a conversation.
- Taxes and price changes. Prices exclude VAT, GST or sales tax, which we add where required. If we change a price we give at least 30 days of notice before it applies to your renewal.
A failed payment pauses paid features rather than deleting anything. Your strategies, scripts and saved layouts stay exactly where they are while you sort the card out.
04Acceptable use
The Service is a research tool. Use it for research, education and building your own trading process. Please do not use it to:
- scrape, bulk-download or resell our market data, indicator logic or documentation, or run automated requests outside the published API limits;
- reverse-engineer the platform, defeat rate limits or seat limits, or share one account to avoid paying for seats;
- upload or publish content that infringes someone else’s rights, contains malware, or is designed to mislead other users;
- present the Service, or anything generated with it, as personalised investment advice, a managed service, or a promise of returns;
- interfere with the Service or the people using it — probing infrastructure, harassing other members of the community, or spamming shared surfaces.
Security research is welcome when it is done responsibly. Report what you find to [email protected] before you publish it, and do not touch other people’s data while you are looking.
05Intellectual property
We own the Service: the platform, the premium indicator suite, the interface, the brand and the written material on this site. A subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for as long as your plan is active. It does not transfer ownership of anything.
AlgoBeamTS, our open-source transpiler and runtime, is a separate matter and is released under the licence stated in its repository. That licence governs AlgoBeamTS and takes precedence over anything on this page where the two disagree.
You may use screenshots and exported charts in your own newsletters, videos and course material, with attribution to AlgoBeam. You may not resell access to the platform, wrap it inside your own product, or republish our indicator source as though it were yours.
06Your content and published scripts
Everything you write on the platform — AlgoBeamScript strategies, indicator code, chart layouts, notes, screener presets and community posts — stays yours. We claim no ownership of it.
To run and display your work we need a narrow licence: permission to host, process, back up and show your content to you and to anyone you deliberately share it with. That licence exists only so the Service can function, and it ends when you delete the content, apart from copies sitting in routine backups until they age out.
If you publish a script to the public library you are choosing to make it visible to every user, so you also grant other users the right to read it, fork it and build on it inside the Service. You can unpublish at any time; that removes it from the library going forward but cannot reach into copies other people already forked.
You are responsible for having the right to publish what you publish. Do not upload code you licensed from someone else, and do not describe a published strategy in terms that promise a result — see the risk disclaimer. We may remove content that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why when we do.
07Disclaimers and limitation of liability
AlgoBeam is a research and analysis tool. It is not a broker, not an adviser and not a fiduciary. Nothing produced by the platform — an AI Quant answer, a backtest, a screener result, an alert — is investment advice or a recommendation to trade. Every decision you take with it is yours. The full risk disclaimer is part of these terms.
The Service is provided “as is”. We work hard on uptime and data quality, but we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, that every figure will be correct, or that it will suit any particular purpose of yours. Market data shown on this website is simulated for demonstration.
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither MAZURAPPLIANCES LTD nor the people who work for it are liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions. Where that is the case the exclusions above apply only as far as local law permits, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
08Suspension, termination and changes
You can close your account whenever you like from your settings. Doing so cancels any renewal and starts the deletion process described in the privacy policy. Export your strategies first — once deletion completes we cannot bring them back.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts the Service or other users at risk, or that we are required to act on by law. Unless the problem is urgent or unlawful we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it. If we close a paid account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of the term.
We update these terms from time to time — new features, new payment rules, clearer wording. When a change materially affects you we email account holders and post the new version here at least 30 days before it takes effect, with the date at the top updated. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new version, and the version in force is always the one on this page.
09Contact
These terms are entered into with MAZURAPPLIANCES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15979498, with its registered office at 1 High Street, Brighouse, HD6 1DE, England. Phone: +44 7418 604367. Questions, objections and formal notices go to [email protected]. Billing questions are answered faster at [email protected].
If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Choosing not to enforce a clause once does not mean we have given it up. These terms, together with the privacy policy and the risk disclaimer, are the whole of the agreement between us about the Service.
This page is part of a product website and is provided for information only. It is a general description of how we intend to operate, not legal advice, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction.
